Prices
Prices are as set out on the website and include VAT at the current rate. We reserve the right to alter prices at any time. Any price changes will be confirmed to you at the time of ordering.
Portrayal of Products
Every effort has been made to portray items accurately, slight variations may occur. All measurements quoted are as accurate as possible and the reproduction of colours is as accurate as photographic and publishing processes allow. Please note there may be colour variations dependant on the production batch and natural variations.
Material Notice
As terrazzo (engineered stone) is hand made, it may show slight variations in grain size, colour, cement mix and occasionally small superficial cracks. These variations are inherent to the nature of the material and should not be seen as defects or quality problems. Like any other natural stone, terrazzo requires basic maintenance and attention to ensure its longevity and beauty. Use only products which are stated to be suitable for engineered stone or natural stone care.
Quotations and Invoices
Quotations and invoices contains confidential information. Therefore, they cannot be transmitted to any third party other than the customer himself.
Validity of Quotations
Quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of submission.

Availability
All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if goods you have ordered are not available.
Cancellation
You are entitled to cancel your contract providing you act within 7 working days of receipt of the goods. If you wish to exercise this right prior to dispatch of goods please email us at sales@terrazzoproject.com. If your order has been dispatched please follow our returns information below.
Delivery and Shipping costs
All our deliveries are made using DACHSER Logistics global transport network. Shipping costs are not included in the prices stated on the ⌂ website and will be calculated separately on each order according to your country and/or delivery address.
Product shipping is priced differently depending on volume and destination. A signed copy of a quote must be transmitted by email to the address sales@terrazzoproject.com. Following the reception of the quote, you will receive an invoice that includes shipping and handling fees. Full payment must be received to validate your order.
Delivery Timescales
Orders placed on our website are processed twice a week and we aim to proceed with orders within 5 working days. Once validated you should receive your order within 5-10 weeks worldwide. On some occasions it may take longer and we apologise for any inconvenience caused.
Return and Approval of Return
If you would like to return an item, please read the information below:
We hope that you will be delighted with your order, however if you are unhappy with a product for a particular reason, please contact us at sales@terrazzoproject.com and let us know why you would like to return the item.
Please do not send the item back until you have contacted us first. No refunds or exchanges will be made for items returned without prior communication and agreement.
If your Return is approved, items must be returned in Perfect and saleable condition together with the original packaging within 14 days of receipt, and we will offer you an exchange, refund or credit depending on the nature of the Return.
You will be responsible for returning the goods to us, we strongly advise you package the items very carefully and use insured delivery with a proof of postage certificate. We regret we cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transport. Returns and exchanges will be processed as soon as possible after arrival. Items are returned at your expense, this does not affect your statutory rights. We regret that postage costs incurred with your order are direct costs and cannot be refunded except in the case of cancellations prior to dispatch.
We cannot be responsible for interest charges made by your credit card company whilst waiting for returns to be refunded to your card.
Faulty Goods
If your goods are faulty, please email sales@terrazzoproject.com within 3 days of reception. If possible, please describe the problem and send us some images.
Material General Care Advice
We only recommend pH neutral detergents for the care and maintenance of terrazzo or any engineered stone. Carefully read the instructions on the detergent’s label and if in doubt, perform a small test on an inconspicuous area. The use of acidic or highly alkaline detergents can damage the surface and should never be used. Wash surfaces with a soft cloth and a neutral pH detergent diluted in water following the recommendations of the detergent’s manufacturer. Acidic liquids commonly used such as vinegar, lemon, soft drinks, fruit juices, and wine can erode the material, causing stains. Avoid exposing terrazzo to chemicals and solvents, especially paint removers, that might contain trichloroethane and methylene chloride. Keep solvents, acetone, alcohol, paint thinners, detergents containing bleach, laundry bluing, highly alkaline liquids such as bleach, caustic soda or oven cleaners, acids, oily soaps, descalers, markers or ink, abrasive and micro-abrasive detergents and sponges away from the surface. avoid using any detergent not specifically designed for marble surface or engineered stone, especially acidic and highly alkaline detergents.
Material Protection
There are many waxes, sealants and surface treatments specifically designed for marble based engineered stones. These treatments help to enhance surface brightness, improve resistance and to protect from casual contact with staining liquids. While these products do offer protection and can extend the resistance period, they do not make a stain proof surface and will require reapplication from time to time.

By law, you also have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered. Goods are provided to you on approval and legal title to the goods will not pass to you until 14 days after delivery. Your statutory rights are not affected by this statement.
When you place an order to purchase a product from ⌂ your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us by way of an email order confirmation and dispatch note included when you receive your order. Any products on the same order which we have not confirmed as accepted in such dispatch note do not form part of the contract.
